The following policies have been established to allow us to operate in a consistent and efficient manner. Your familiarity with these policies is important and will help insure a very memorable experience.
Sessions: Select weekday morning and afternoon session are available on a limited basis. Saturday and Sunday is considered prime time and book fast. retainer Payment is required at the time that you schedule your session. a credit card is required to hold your spot ( Some sessions require payment upfront) Please do not to be late to your photo shoot. Many times we have other clients either before or after your scheduled time. Try to arrive 10 minutes early if you can, so that you can get comfortable and we can start on time. If you are late to your session, we will do the best we can in the time that you have remaining. Please park anywhere you would like and enter the blue door next to state farm.
Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Cash. NO CHECKS
Cancellation / Rescheduling: cancel or reschedule your session can be done online. no refunds or deposits transfer to the new rescheduled date . .
Viewing Images: Please give 14-30 business days to view your images on your online gallery. Our online gallery will have all images from your session and will be set up for you to make print purchase We ask that all of your order decisions are made before you submit the order to the printer they can not be changed after the order is made. Print orders will be coming from a professional print lab in CA.
Online Proofs: You will have 30 days from the date they are posted for viewing. At the end of the 30 days, proofs are automatically removed from our web site. A $25, non-refundable, re-posting fee will apply to proofs that must be reposted after the 30 day expiration period. All print credits expire at this time also!!
Image File Archives: Image files are kept on our systems for 30 days to allow ample time to make your selections and complete your purchases. While we may store files for longer than that sometimes, it’s not guaranteed after the 30 period. Please plan on putting your images in a safe place or purchase a USB or DVD today.
Studio hours: The studio is open Monday-Friday 10am – 6pm and Saturday-Sunday by appointment only. Studio is located at 117 a Ryan Drive Rising Sun MD 21911
Receiving your final portraits: Your final photo products are drop shipped direct to your home from our vendors. If you need special pick up arrangements, we’ll do our best to accommodate.
